- If anyone is interested in fixing the WETLAND complex or talking about how to fix the WETLAND, please contact us.
- If anyone is interested in helping us start a COMMUNITY FARM on the Common, please contact us. Also have a read of our April 2009 proposal which was forward to The State Government and to The Brisbane City Council - see home page for a downloadable copy of farm proposal. Feedback from State Govt Works Dept is that a proposed Community Farm is on their draft Community Strategy Document. Brisbane City Council say the land is on the contaminated land site - we will look into that as it probably is only the old DPI cattle dip area not decommissioned.
- AND We hope to figure out how to get Brisbane City Council's Habitat Brisbane people on board to help with setting up a busecare group to further look after the newly planted trees. The land is owned by the State Government and so will require cooperation between the State Government and the Brisbane City Council to enable Habitat Brisbane to help on the Common.
